1. Physical Products (Gear, Apparel, Books)

Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance or sale items are final sale.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Digital Products & Courses

We offer a no questions asked money back guarantee on any digital product if the customer is unsatisfied in any way.
3. Memberships (Goat Club & Subscriptions)

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your paid period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
4. Baby Goat Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place in line and help us prepare for your baby goat.

Balance is due at pickup, paid directly to Ripple Ranch or our partnered breeder.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion.
6. Processing Time

Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
