  • Memberships (such as Goat Club) may renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Physical products: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Digital products & courses: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.

  • Baby goat deposits: Deposits are non-refundable (as stated at checkout).

  • When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in dispute.
