We are entering baby goat deposit season, and we want to make sure each future goat packer is the right fit. Before placing your deposit, please contact Marc to confirm you're ready and have all your questions answered.  Total price per kid is $650, balance due will be delivered to the breeder at pickup.  All the goats we will be suggesting are packgoats.com approved and of proven packer genetics.

Ready to start your journey with pack goats? Reserving your baby goat begins with a $300 deposit per kid, which holds your place in line for the coming season. This deposit ensures you get the breed, sex, and number of pack goat kids that best match your preferences.

When you reserve, you’ll be asked to provide information such as:

 

  • How many goats you’re looking for
  • Your location
  • Sex preference (buckling or doeling)
  • Breed preferences (choose your top three in order of priority)

 

Once we receive your deposit and form, we’ll follow up to confirm all details and connect you with either Ripple Ranch in Idaho or one of our trusted partnered breeders. Our breeders are carefully selected for their proven pack goat genetics, and all does are disease-free and tested annually.

 

You’ll be invited to visit Ripple Ranch, where you’ll not only get to meet your future packers but also experience a 60–90 minute personal consultation with Marc Warnke. He’ll walk you through the essentials of raising and training pack goats and introduce you to his legendary herd.

 

The remaining balance is due directly to Ripple Ranch (or the breeder) at pickup, typically within 45–60 days of birth. Please note: due to high demand, those who reserve first get first choice on kid selection.
