How to Fit New Saddle
Pack Goat Saddle Review
This saddle allows custom fitting for each goat’s back. The easy adjustment system is compatible with all panniers but works best with the “Critter-Getters“.
Weighing just under 7 pounds this saddle is built to last. The durability of this design allows for years of use. Also, innovative “horn” attachment points for the pannier loops allow for a much lower profile on your goat. This allows them to go under obstacles much easier than traditional cross-buck designs. Additionally, the front cinch design is the first that allows proper positioning on your pack goat’s sternum. Ultimately, this design makes perfect alignment a breeze. I recently decided to make the move to these super well built truly custom fit saddles. These fit so well, love everything from the yoke design, double sinch putting tension in the right places and the britchen design keeps it from slipping down to their knees. These are truly the all in saddles, your goats will love them. Good job, and keep offering top of the line equipment!! Thanks🐐

Marc and Matt and have literally reached perfection with theses saddles! I have used 4 other varieties of saddles (a few of which you would recognize if I were to throw them under the bus… but I won’t). Previous issues I always wrestled with (chest and britchen chaffing and balding, saddle sliding forward and injuring my animals shoulders, panniers sliding and shifting and sliding, etc.), have literally been eliminated from my experience as a packer. I primarily use my goats for elk hunting, and now feel so much more freedom to stay focused on my hunt and not managing packs or worrying about my animals. To boot, Marc and Matt have bent over backwards in more ways that I care to admit. Excellent saddles and excellent guys backing it up! And worth EVERY PENNY!
