Presentation: Feet First Head Back
Feet first and the head is tucked back against the body. This is a very dangerous position because the baby will be unable to pass and can require a C-section if the position can not be corrected.
What to Do:
This is where the “snare” comes in. Use a plastic coated wire to create a snare to get the head aligned to the nose between toes position. See the video for the description on how to use the plastic coated wire. This is a life saving measure. It can save you so much money by avoiding a C-section.
