Basic Commands

[video_embed url=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSYxJP34L0o”]These commands are not tricks, but things I need them to do every day. You can use different verbiage, but these are the actions you’ll most likely need them to do consistently.

• “Up” A command used to get them up on something
• “Woah” A command used to stop a goat or stay still
• “Back” a command used to make them get back away from something or someone.
• “Alright” a release command, to relieve them from doing something.
• “Get” a command to get them to leave, similar to “back”

Disassociated reprimands can be used to teach commands with a squirt bottle, stick or rock.
